Flick Easy is a complete mobile app redesign for movie ticket booking, centered around a seamless, delightful user experience. The challenge was to simplify the entire journey from discovering a film to confirming a seat — in as few taps as possible.
The design system was built ground-up in Figma, featuring a dark-first interface with strong grid lines and high contrast typography that creates a cinematic atmosphere. Key interactions include an animated seat selector, a smooth checkout flow, and a QR ticket experience that eliminates paper entirely.
Research included competitive benchmarking of BookMyShow, PVR, and INOX apps, followed by user interviews to identify pain points in the existing booking experience. Each friction point was mapped and systematically resolved in the new design — resulting in an interface that feels intuitive even to first-time users.
